Comprehensive features, some learning curve

The initial setup for the client portal was straightforward, letting me use my custom domain quickly. Integrating the Support Ticket System with client access took a bit of fiddling, but once configured, it performed well for managing client inquiries. I found the Project Templates very useful to kickstart new projects without starting from scratch. Delivery was instant since it's a software service. Customer service was helpful when I had a specific question about Custom Dashboard options, guiding me through the settings. There's definitely a learning curve to utilize all the features, especially the more advanced ones like Marketing Automation, but the documentation is pretty thorough. I signed up for the annual plan to use their Client Management CRM and automated billing. The CRM features are pretty comprehensive and helped me organize my client data well. The Automated Workflows were also a time-saver once I got them configured. My main gripe was with customer support; I had a question about setting up the Payment Gateway Integration, and it took a full 48 hours to get a reply. It wasn't a critical issue, but faster response times would be great. Value for money on the annual plan is good though.
